It’s not everyday that one would look out of the window to be greeted by hundreds of crocodiles. So you can only the imagine the reaction my friend and I had when we looked out of the window out of our room in a guest house in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Very amused by this, we spoke to the friendly guesthouse owner, who informed us that there are only four rooms in the whole place that has such a view. In fact, many visitors, upon reading about the crocodiles, would specifically request for a room with the crocodile-view. So you could say that we were lucky to receive such an awesome sight.
Funnily enough, we chanced upon a crocodile farm during this same trip. We peered in and saw that there were only two crocodiles in the whole farm and decided that we had a better view from our guesthouse room window.
