Two weeks ago, I sat down for a chat with the founder of Travel Talk on Twitter (#TTOT), Melvin/Traveldudes, to find out the story behind #TTOT.
This week, I return to tell you more about how you can take part (if you’re don’t already know!):
1) Get on Twitter at GMT 9:30am/9:30pm (or 5:30pm and 5:30am respectively for those in Singapore/the GMT +8 region) every Tuesday.
2) Search for #TTOT and get into the conversation.
There is a plethora of web-based applications that show you realtime tweets. A good one is TweetGrid. Alternatively, if you use Tweetdeck or Hootsuite or the like, you can set up a column just for #TTOT to track conversations.
3) Wait for questions. There will be one question posted up every 10 minutes with a total of five questions during each session. Here is an example from the first week:
